Where Science Meets Strategy: My Journey in Football

I’m Denny Shulton a physiotherapist by profession, a football administrator by experience, and now, a football executive driven by purpose, persistence, and strategic service. Born and raised in Bekasi, my journey began behind the scenes; helping players recover, rebuild, and return stronger. 

With a foundation built on science and structure, my role quickly expanded beyond the treatment rooms of Kalteng Putra and Persita Tangerang, eventually leading me to serve as the Secretary of the Indonesian National Football Team (PSSI), managing logistics and high-level coordination for AFF, AFC, and FIFA competitions.

After a meaningful return to strengthen the PSSI Medical Department, I found myself drawn to a new, monumental challenge. Now, I step into the boardroom as the General Manager of Semen Padang FC. 

This is a club with a proud history, a fierce identity, and a legacy as the 2011/2012 Indonesian League Champions. The challenge to restore and modernize this historic giant is exactly what drives me. 

By blending my background in sport science, elite-level national team administration, and modern corporate governance, my mission is to build a sustainable, high-performance ecosystem that honors the past while conquering the future. 

Football, to me, is no longer just about managing the game; it’s about leading it with discipline, clarity, and a vision to win.
